Specific Leather Characteristic
The small flap and the entire flap of the saddle are made from deeply nourished leather, selected for its suppleness, strength, and durability.
When the saddle is stored in a cold environment, this leather may naturally release some of its internal oils to the surface. This can appear as a light white film.
This is not a defect, but a sign of high-quality, richly nourished leather. Simply wipe the surface gently with a soft cloth. A soft brush can also be used to restore its original appearance.
Care Instructions
Before first use, apply a light coat of oil to nourish and protect the leather.
Moderate oiling (once or twice a year depending on use) is recommended: excess oil may weaken the leather structure, while insufficient care can lead to premature drying.
